Accessibility Statement

GatewayC would like as many healthcare professionals as possible to be able to access our content. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

We know some parts of our content are not fully accessible:

  • some pages are not capable of zooming to 300% without text spilling off the screen
  • some pages are not easily navigable without a mouse
  • some tables do not have row headers
  • some pages have poor colour contrast
  • some heading elements are not consistent
  • some images do not have good alternative text
  • some buttons are not correctly identified
  • some documents are in PDF format and are not accessible

If you need information in a different form, then contact us and tell us:

  • your name and email address

We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
